    We are a third Party Administration firm specializing in small to medium plan markets, our emphasis is on defined contribution and defined benefit plans. We desire that our administrators handle all aspects of the plans assigned to them while developing working relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking and individual who is analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy, highly motivated, and computer-proficient.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed to perform this job successfully:

    Responsibilities include:

    * Analyze and reconcile plan assets
    * Prepare plan valuation
    * Process 401(K) Contributions
    * Perform ADP/ACP testing, 410(b) and 401(a) (4) as well Top Heavy testing
    * Preparation of participation statements and loan packages
    * Preparation of plan documents, SPDs, amendments, and submission packages
    * Communicate with plan sponsors and financial advisors

    Position Qualifications:

    * Minimum two years experience working with retirement plans
    * College degree or equivalent work experience
    * Strong oral and written communication skills
    * Experience with Relius or Datair software a plus
    * Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
